Marie Osmond son's death is apparently suicide and it's currently under investigations. Michael Blosil, was found dead on the ground below an apartment balcony last light in Los Angeles. A Los Angeles police spokesman said a suicide occurred Friday night in the area between 9 and 10 p.m., but the victim’s name and details had not been released.
ETOnline reports that Michael Blosil left a note behind to explain that he was committing suicide after dealing with a lifelong battle with depression and feeling as if he had no friends and could not fit in to this world.
"My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time," ABC quoted the entertainer as saying.
Marie Osmond is a member of the Osmond family of singers that rose to fame in the 1970s. Marie and her brother Donny hosted a hit TV variety show, which featured appearances by their seven brothers. The Osmond Brothers and Donny and Marie also recorded several hit singles. More recently, Marie Osmond appeared on the popular TV show "Dancing With the Stars," and she and Donny are currently headlining a Las Vegas show.
